Port Neill Post and Trade is celebrating one year in business

Port Neill Post and Trade is owned and operated by Mark and Sue Pfitzner, along with their daughter, Hannah, and her husband, Ned Lienert.

The family-owned business commenced trading on December 4, 2017, and now a year later the massive store refurbishment program is close to completion.

“We decided to take on the new venture for the community store to continue to operate,” Mark said.

“We are a one-stop shop in a small community and pride ourselves on delivering a prompt competitive service to our customers in a welcoming environment.”

“We are enjoying the complete change and challenge in addition to our normal agricultural business, especially the social interaction with our customers.”

To celebrate Port Neill Post and Trade’s first birthday the team are giving away a hamper.

All customers who make a purchase during their birthday week will receive an entry into the draw, with the winner announced on December 10.

Further celebrations are planned for early next year after the arrival of their newest family member as well as getting the busy harvest season out of the way.

Port Neill Post and Trade offers Australia Post services, an ATM, fishing supplies, fuel, groceries, meat, fresh produce, giftware, hardware, coffee, pastries, ice-creams, smoothies, raw treats,  newspapers, magazines, tourist information, souvenirs and more.

“There is something for everyone,” Mark said.

The family would like to thank their friendly, competent staff and their loyal customers for their support over the past year.
