The Cleve Area School basketball courts were transformed into a bustling market last Friday, with the year 8 business students tapping into their entrepreneurial spirit.
Students and family alike were invited to come along and see what the class had come up with.
The Year 5/6 class joined in the fun to learn about budgeting and maths.
The market included a variety of food and drink options, from a barbecue sausage sizzle, to 50 cent lollies, to hot and iced milk drinks at $4.
Visitors to the market were also treated to a variety of games and attractions.
Face painting and hair braiding was available, as well as biscuit decorating and a ‘Guess the Lolly Jar’ game.
Santa Claus even made an appearance, bringing some festive spirit to the occasion.
