Young cricketers from across the Eastern Eyre Peninsula gathered in Darke Peak for the annual Under 16 6-a-side carnival.
It was the perfect weather to be out at the Darke Peak Sporting Complex watching the smaller teams play.
Fewer fielders allowed plenty of boundaries and some impressive individual performances.
The Grand Final at the end of the say saw Rudall 2/51 defeat Cleve 3/29.
Brayden Crosby won the batting award for a total of 151 runs through the day.
Jed Burton took out the bowling award with 6 wickets for 22 runs.
Maddox Schiesser won the fielding award; the only individual award winner coming from outside the winning Rudall side.
Riley Evans claimed the all-rounder award with 3 wickets for 5 runs in the bowling, 61 runs as a batsman, one run-out and one fielding vote.
