An unlicensed Whyalla man has been reported and fined after police spotted him riding an unregistered scooter in Cleve on Sunday afternoon.
At 3.45pm on Sunday, October 29, police spotted the scooter on the Birdseye Highway in Cleve.
The scooter had no registration plates on it.
Upon speaking with the scooter rider, police discovered that the scooter was unregistered and uninsured.
They also discovered rider held no licence for driving any vehicle.
The 28-year-old man from Whyalla Playford was reported for riding without a licence and also issued fines totalling $1163 for riding the scooter while it was unregistered and he was unlicensed.
He will be summonsed to appear in court for the offences at a later date.
