All are welcome to come along and enjoy the fun and games at the 135th Yankalilla Show this Saturday.
There are some impressive features appearing at this year’s show, including The Amazing Drumming Monkeys, magician Scott Stunz, Flavella the Roving Snake Performer and Radicool Reptiles.
There will be a couple of big performances on the shearing shed stage, including the official opening at noon with guest John Hutchinson OAM, the last gun shearer event and various musicians throughout the day.
Main stage performances include Dance SA demonstration and performances, and of course you’ll be able to enjoy the amusements and traditional showground rides.
There will be shearing demonstrations with John Hutchinson during the course of the day, an SA working draught horses demonstration, camel pony rides, an animal nursery, the antique farm machinery display and the Hacks and Pony Club encouragement ring on the oval.

Check out the market stalls and traders at the new local producers gourmet market area located near the Smiling Samoyed Brewery and Allusion Winery.
The Yankalilla Show Trail has also been reinstated, starting at the show bag shed with ten stops around the grounds where you can collect goodies.
Make sure to visit the main hall, which will be showcasing competitive exhibits, the art pavilion and photography. Now housed in the new shed will be plenty of food and more.
Gates open at 9am for the public, and the cost is $10 for adults, $5 for children between 5 and 15 and children under five are free. There is an aged concession as well.
The show hall will be open all week prior to the show between 9am and 4pm, and organiser can assists with any information needed regarding entries to any events.
If you feel you could help out the Show Society in any way, organisers are looking for a helping hand with the set-up, office help, volunteers on show day and the clean up day on Sunday.
