FOUR hundred homes and businesses in Cleve now have access to the nbn network with fibre to the node (FTTN) technology now switched on.

Head of NBN local South Australia and Northern Territory Tim Saul said it was an exciting time for Cleve.

“This is exciting news for Cleve as it means that homes and businesses are now able to connect to services delivered over the nbn broadband access network through their preferred phone or internet provider,” Mr Saul said.

nbn and Telstra are holding a community information session at the Cleve District Council office from 3pm to 6pm on Wednesday, December 13.

“With the nbn access network recently switched on in Cleve it is more important than ever we continue to educate the community on what they need to do to connect as well as how to resolve any issues they may be having,” Mr Saul said.

People can find out if they can connect to the nbn with the Check My Address function at nbnco.com.au/switch.
