The stigma of talking about men’s mental health is beginning to disappear with a local community group responding to recent male suicides across the region.

The Rotary Men’s Wellness Campaign, developed by Mentally Fit EP with 30 men, who have lived through the experience of mental illness, will be launched in Lock on Thursday.

Photographer Robert Lang has been working with the men from across the Eyre Peninsula to capture them in their “happy place” for an exhibition.

There will be a sneak peek of the exhibition at Lock for Mental Health Week this week, with the full exhibition to hit the road around the region in mid-January.
