A drink driver was caught at Cowell on Monday afternoon with a blood alcohol level more than three times the legal limit.
Police stopped a vehicle on West Terrace, Cowell at about 2pm for a mobile driver test.
The driver, a 47-year-old Cowell man, recorded a blood alcohol reading of 0.158 per cent.
He was issued with a 12-month instant loss of licence and reported for drink driving. His car was clamped for 28 days and he will appear in court at a later date.
