Dirt circuit trophy presentations

Arno Bay Dirt Circuit trophy presentations were held on Sunday at the Shark Bar - Arno Bay Hotel - with a large crowd in attendance.

In the Street Stock class Kym Pahl won the year with 113 points closely followed by Darren Carmody with 110.

The Modified Class was won by Andrew Lear with 125 points who travelled from Port Lincoln each week. Local - Peter Wake with 107 points took out second.

The Open Wheeler class was a complete victory for Kalon Hartwig with 110 pts from Bill ‘Bundy’ Herde on 82 points.

Final results for the 2009 Season are as follows:

Street Stock: 1st Kym Pahl, 2nd Darren Carmody, 3rd Degan Smith, 4th Pete Darling, 5th Harley Pahl.

Modified: 1st Andrew Lear, 2nd Peter Wake, 3rd Tom Harris, 4th Brenton Harris, 5th Hayden Harris.

Open Wheelers: 1st Kalon Hartwig, 2nd Bill Herde, equal 3rd: Glen Wedding and Gearbox McCallum, 4th Brad Stringer.

Club Champion: Andrew Lear.

Cliff Harris Memorial Trophy: Kym Pahl.

Dip Stick Award: Brenton Harris. The evening ended with a pizza tea.
