Four Cowell youths were left clinging to their boat after they capsized a 12 foot dinghy in the Franklin Harbour at about 10am on Saturday, October 17, 2009.
The youths – four boys and a girl - were in the water for approximately two hours before a local fisherman found them and contacted Cowell Sea Rescue.
The youths were then conveyed to hospital and treated for exposure.
