At about 12.30am on Thursday, June 25, 2009, a concrete planter box was hit by a vehicle in Cross Street, Kimba.
As a result a 35-year-old Kimba man was reported for disorderly behaviour in a motor vehicle after it was established he pushed another vehicle with his own vehicle onto the footpath and into the planter box.
The box was valued at about $250.
