Supporting and buying Australian-made products is the theme for the Women in Agriculture and Business - Eyre Peninsula regional conference to be held in Kimba on March 17, 2010.
The program offers members and guests some thought provoking and interesting speakers including Rex Symonds of the Australian Cranio-Maxillo Facial Foundation.
2009 Rural Woman of the Year and former Managing Director of FREE Eyre, Susi Tegen will tell of her experiences and Peter White, president South Australian Farmers Federation will be talking to the conference theme.
WAB State President Adair Dunsford will bring news from council and present the WAB awards.
Kimba’s Sing Australia choir will provide some entertainment and Kimba Hospital Auxiliary will be catering the luncheon.
The country of study is Wales and a raffle will be conducted in support of the current project, Australian Cranio-Maxillo Facial Foundation.
Lois Sampson, WAB Regional Councillor will give the opening address following the welcome by branch president Marie Larwood and District Council of Kimba Mayor John Schaefer.
