Former Darke Peak man Peter Gerloff, 44, died in a single vehicle rollover near Cleve on Wednesday, February 10, 2010.
Peter, who was a resident of Tooligie, was killed when the vehicle rolled, 10km west of Cleve.
Police have not released any further details since the incident.
His death took the road toll to state 25, compared to 15 at the same time in 2009.
Peter will be buried at Darke Peak this week at a family service.
